The East Tennessee Slides is a trombone ensemble for 9-12 grade student trombonists in Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. Founded in 2024, ETS rehearses weekly in the Spring Semester and performs a public concert after approximately six rehearsals. Participation is free and open to all high school trombonists in the Appalachian Highlands.
